1. General
These Terms govern the public website, digital archive, search, AI summaries, accounts, and administrative functions of Radhakund.com. By creating an account, the User accepts these Terms and confirms that the supplied information is accurate.
2. Archive purpose
Radhakund.com preserves, describes, researches, and provides controlled access to digital heritage materials. Originals are maintained as immutable sources; transcripts, translations, metadata, search indexes, and AI answers are derivative layers.
3. Access levels
Materials are assigned Public, Harinam, Diksha, or Siddha Deha access. Registration and email verification do not automatically grant a restricted level. Each restricted level requires a personal administrator decision. The Operator may request evidence and may refuse, change, suspend, or revoke access to protect materials, respond to false information, or enforce these Terms.
4. Account
The User must protect the password, must not share the account, and must promptly report suspected compromise. Circumventing restrictions, guessing restricted URLs, unauthorized bulk downloading or scraping, and attempts to access another person's data are prohibited.
5. Materials and rights
Access does not transfer intellectual property rights or permission to publish. Copying, distribution, commercial use, and public derivatives require the stated rights status or separate written permission from the rights holder.
6. AI and search
Search and AI enforce the same access level as the catalog. An AI answer is a machine interpretation, not a primary source. Factual statements should cite an Archive ID and, where available, a page or timestamp.
7. Termination
A User may request account closure at info@radhakund.com. The Operator may retain the minimum decision and security audit required to protect the archive and comply with law.
8. Notices
Questions, complaints, and rights notices should be sent to info@radhakund.com.
DOCUMENT 02
Privacy Policy
The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Yakov Plyasunov, TIN 973300417350, PSRNIE 323774600362429. Privacy contact: info@radhakund.com.
1. Data processed
- email, telephone, account identifier, and a securely hashed password;
- Guru, initiation date, and a post-initiation photograph with the Guru;
- optional Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram references;
- access level, reasons, and decision history;
- session cookies, security and rate-limit IP data, and technical logs;
- Public search text or, for restricted searches, a query hash.
2. Sensitive categories
Guru, initiation, and photograph data may reveal religious beliefs. It is processed under separate explicit consent solely for manual access review. It is excluded from Obsidian vaults, full-text search, AI context, the public catalog, and advertising analytics.
3. Purposes
Account registration, application and identity verification, manual level assignment, material protection, support, account recovery, abuse investigation, auditing, and legal compliance.
4. Storage and security
Profiles and photographs are stored outside the public web root. Only access administrators can view photographs, and access is audited. Passwords use Argon2id; sessions use Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite cookies. Data is retained while the account operates and afterward only for a lawful purpose, mandatory retention, or dispute.
5. Disclosure
Registration data and photographs are not sent to AI providers. AI summaries may receive only already-authorized archive excerpts and the query, without the registration profile. Hosting and email providers may process technical data needed to operate the service.
6. Cookies
Only necessary session and CSRF cookies are used. They support sign-in and security, not behavioral advertising. Deleting them signs the User out.
7. User rights
Requests for access, correction, export, restriction, consent withdrawal, or deletion may be sent to info@radhakund.com. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Withdrawing sensitive-data consent may make restricted-level verification impossible.
8. Changes
Updates are published here with a revision date. Material changes affecting consent require renewed confirmation.
DOCUMENT 03
Consent to Personal Data Processing
By registering, I freely and in my own interest consent to processing by Individual Entrepreneur Yakov Plyasunov for account creation and access application review.
1. Data
Email, telephone, Guru, initiation date, post-initiation photograph with the Guru, voluntarily supplied Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram details, technical/session data, and access decision history.
2. Separate sensitive consent
I separately and explicitly consent to processing Guru, initiation, and photograph data that may reveal religious beliefs. Processing is limited to manual application review and continuing access control. Automated level assignment and AI assessment of applications are prohibited.
3. Operations
Collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, viewing by an authorized administrator, use for access decisions, restriction, deletion, and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent continues until the purpose is achieved, the account closes, or consent is withdrawn, unless law or legitimate claims require further processing. Withdrawal is sent to info@radhakund.com and may result in suspension or revocation of restricted access.
5. Evidence
The electronic checkbox, time, document version, account ID, and form source are retained as the consent record.

Disclaimer
Archive materials are supplied for historical, educational, research, spiritual, and cultural purposes. Inclusion does not mean the Operator endorses every statement.
1. Uncertainty
Dates, persons, languages, authorship, rights, and relationships may be unknown or inferred. The system distinguishes FACT, INFERENCE, and UNKNOWN and does not guarantee catalog completeness.
2. AI materials
Transcripts, translations, OCR, summaries, embeddings, and AI answers may contain errors. They are versioned derivatives and do not replace the original, a competent translator, teacher, researcher, or rights holder.
3. No professional advice
Materials are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users assess applicability themselves.
4. Third-party rights
A rights holder may send the Archive ID, claimed infringement, and evidence of authority to info@radhakund.com. Access may be restricted during review.

Public Offer
This section applies only when Radhakund.com explicitly publishes a description, price, and ordering or payment action for a paid electronic service, subscription, or digital product.

2. Free access
Visiting the public website, registration, and submitting an application do not by themselves create a payment obligation or constitute a paid order.
3. Contract
A contract for a specific paid service forms after the User reviews its description and price and performs the clearly identified order or payment action. Scope, term, and result appear on that service page.
4. Digital result
Where immediate digital access or output begins, cancellation and refund rules apply with regard to actual performance and mandatory consumer law.
5. Refunds and requests
Send requests from the account email to info@radhakund.com with service and payment details. Decisions reflect the service type, work performed, and mandatory law.
